Buy yourself a really good quality grinder and take the time to get the perfect grind and dosage, and you’ll be serving espressos and cappuccinos that can embarrass your average coffee shop. It’s expensive, but for the real enthusiast, it’s up there with the best semi-pro machines around the £1,200 mark.
